Some herbal tips for eye care

Eyes are most beautiful and delicate organ of our body. These days due to workload and pollution, we need to take extra care of our eyes. Here are some home remedies for eye care. These tips are equally useful to protect your eyes from dark circles and to relax them from strain. The most important fact is that we can use home remedies any time without any harm of it.

Protection of eyes through home remedies:

1. Due to overexposure of sunlight to the eyes, dark circles and headache started which can be cured by using sunglasses and this tip. Use almond and honey mixture to protect your eyes. Soak two almonds in night and remove the outer skin of the almond, and grind it. Mix half tablespoon of honey in the almond and apply it on eyes for 10 minutes minimum. Wash your eyes from tape water and for better results apply this paste three days regularly.

2. Use milk and rose water to relax your eyes. Take 4 spoons of milk and two tablespoons of rose water and add half table spoon of lemon. Dip two pieces of cotton in it. Put cotton in both eyes for 20 minutes. This will help to remove dark circles and relaxes eyes.

3. Mix ten grams of grind cucumber with four tablespoon of milk. Dip cotton in it and put the wet cotton on eyes for fifteen minutes. It will relax eyes and give a fresh feeling also.

4. Few drops of castor oil with rose water will reduce the effect of sun light exposure in eyes. Apply this mixture through cotton ball for 15 minutes.

5. Like cucumber and milk, tomato is also good for eye care. Use one tablespoon pulp of tomato and add half tablespoon of lemon, a pinch of turmeric and one and half tablespoon of gram flour that is besan and mix it well. Use this mixture on eyelid for 20 minutes and wash the eyes from tap water. For better results, use it once in a week.

Eye care tips for computer users:

1. Blink your eyes more often to protect it. This blinking will keep your eyes wet and help to reduces strain on eyes. After an interval of 30 minutes, close your eyes for just 20 seconds.

2. Wash your eyes from tape water after an interval of one hour to relax the eyes.

3. Rotate your eyes clockwise and anti-clock wise for five minutes every morning.

4. Use anti glare screen to protect your eyes.
