The latest gossip reaching HiPipo.com reveals that final auditions for the East African music
superstars’ competition reality TV show will be kicking off effective Saturday 21st August 2010
all around East Africa.
At the Tusker project fame auditions a number of representatives from different countries are
chosen and prepared to meet up with standards for the eight weeks final competition that is
held in Kenya every year.
In Uganda, Tusker project fame auditions this year will be held on Saturday 21st August at
Uganda Broadcasting Corporation “UBC” hosted live for viewers and participants to wrestle it
out that day.
The music reality show and competition is open to any East African above 18 years with
potential and ability to sing, compose and play musical instrument among the most important
basic requirements.

Season 4 of Tusker project fame will be the forth organizing of the only of its kind reality
music TV show in East Africa after 3 previous seasons that saw different music superstars walk
away with superstar titles, Lump sum of money and record deals with some of Africa’s best
record companies like South Africa’s Gallo records.
Graced by one of the best and most straight forward judges East Africa has, musician, theatre
thespian, super vocalist, theatre teacher and music, drama director Judge Ian Mbugua, you
can’t afford to miss this reality TV show. Additionally, Tusker project fame has also seen great
hosts and MCs such former Big Brother Africa title shaker Uganda’s Gaetona Jjuko Kaggwa,
Mitch Egwanga plus many more interesting personalities.
In the last tusker project fame competitions, season 3: 23-year-old Alpha Rwirangira from
Rwanda clinched top prize after tense competition with over 14 Tusker project fame
housemates and competitors from other East African countries. Alpha walked away with Ksh 5
million cash prize and a one year South Africa’s Gallo Records company deal, Premier Plus
Medical Cover from Resolution Health, one year subscription to Adam magazine, laptop and
one year free internet connection from KDN among the many prizes.
The other participants in Tusker project fame season 3 were Kenya’s 23-year-old Bernard
Ng’ang’a aka Nga’ngalito who had been in probation for 6 weeks and came 2nd , in 3rd place
was Uganda’s Caroline Nabulime , 4th was Kenya’s 23-year-old Patricia Wangechi . The other
Contestants included 32 years old Kenyan Debarl Clement Inea, 25 years old Leah Atute
Ugandan, 28 years old Illuminata Rwelamira Tanzanian, 24 years old Kelvin Stephen
Tanzanian, 26 years old Maureen Kabasiita Ugandan, 23 years old Raphael Sipalla Kenyan,
23 years old Nina Bola Rwandese, 23 years old Christian Robert Rwirangira Rwandese, 22
years old Carol Uliwa Tanzanian, 22 years old Eric Waturu Kenyan and 24 years old Davis
Hillary Ntare Ugandan.
Tusker project Fame Season 2 music superstar title was won by Uganda’s Diva Esther
Nabaasa, with Kenya’s Wendy Kimani in 2nd place and David
Ogola from the same in 3rd.

superstar’s reality TV show title was won by Kenya’s Valerie Kimani, with Alvan Gatitu and
